The Township has joined neighbouring municipalities in using bids&tenders™
Vendors who subscribe to bids&tenders™ will receive notice of bid opportunities and will still continue to submit bids to our Municipal Office to the attention of our Clerk. An unlimited subscription is $418.95 a year and includes access to all agencies using the program across Canada. For those who choose not to subscribe, there is a one-time fee of $125.75 per bid opportunity.
After creating a bidding system vendor account with bids&tenders™, vendors can select commodity codes for goods and services that they supply. The bidding system will notify them of the bid opportunities matching these commodity code selections by email. To create a vendor account, watch this video.
This site allows potential Bidders to create a Bidding System Vendor account.Public tenders, bids and request for proposals are posted on this website. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.
