BID CALL - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Township is seeking competitive Proposals from qualified Firms. The intent is toPAY EQUITY / SALARY COMPARATOR STUDY ND-RFP-23-2018 select, at the Township’s discretion, one company that has the experience, qualifications and skill sets as outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) to assist the Township by undertaking a review to ensure compliance of the Municipality with respect to the Pay Equity Act; establish a pay grade system for various positions; and, to undertake a compensation review with comparator Municipalities to ensure a competitive salary structure.
