BID CALLREQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WINTER MAINTENANCE OF MUNICIPAL SIDEWALKS, SNOW PLOWING & SANDING / SALTING SERVICES FOR ROADS AND PARKING LOTS, INCLUDING OPERATORS The Township of North Dumfries is seeking competitive bid Proposals from qualified contractors to provide: · Winter maintenance of approx. 29 kms of sidewalks, inclusive of snow plowing and sanding / salting; · Snow plowing and sanding / salting on Municipal property and selected roads within the Community of Ayr. The Contract is for three (3) years of winter maintenance, extending from 2018/19 to 2020/21 The Specifications for the various services are listed in Appendix F. Bid packages may be obtained on the Township’s Bids and Tenders website https://northdumfries.bidsandtenders.ca The submission Deadline is before 2:00:00 PM local time on August 27th, 2018 Sealed bids must be submitted before the Submission Deadline to: Clerk’s Office, Township of North Dumfries North Dumfries Community Complex, 2958 Greenfield Road, P.O. Box 1060, Ayr, Ontario N0B 1E0 519-632-8800, ext 122 Email: purchasing@northdumfries.ca Bids will be opened shortly after the Submission Deadline at the above-noted location.
