The Township of North Dumfries is seeking the services of a Construction Management Team for the North Dumfries Net Zero Arena Project. The Net Zero Arena Project comprises the construction of an addition to the existing North Dumfries Community Complex. The new addition includes an NHL size ice surface, and a second floor expansion.  The addition will function independently of the current complex and will be built as a net zero facility. 

The project involves the following components:

• The review of the detailed design and drawings required for site plan and building permit applications

• The coordination of all approval processes and cost estimates 

• The construction of a new net zero arena including the coordination of all trades and site supervision

• Commissioning and hand over of the new facility to the Township
