The Corporation of the Township of North Dumfries (the Township) is renovating the
Community Hall at the Ayr Fire Station into an Administration, Fire Prevention and
Operations office. The Fire Station is located at 501 Scott Street, Ayr.
The project involves the following components:
• The conversion of the community space into three new offices.
• The conversion of two washrooms into one new accessible washroom
• Upgrades to the HVAC and electrical systems
• Upgrades to existing kitchen area
• New exterior windows being added
• Upgrades to flooring, ceiling tiles and walls.
