BID CALL - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Township of North Dumfries is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to submit Bids to produce conceptual design, final design, and construction / tender ready documents for a non-supervised public concrete Skatepark facility. Consultation and public engagement with stakeholders will form part of the Consultant’s workplan. Contract administration and construction inspection services do not form part of this Bid document and will be dealt with in the future as a separate item. The proposed Skatepark facility will be approximately 1,020 sq.metres (11,000 sq.ft.) in area. The Skatepark will be constructed in Cowan Park at the rear of the North Dumfries Community Complex (2958 Greenfield Road, Ayr). Appendix H provides the conceptual footprint of the area reserved for the Skatepark Facility in Cowan Park.
