The Township is seeking competitive Proposals from qualified Firms. The intent is to select, at the Township’s discretion, one company that has the experience, qualifications and skill sets as outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide land use planning, land use policy and heritage resource planning services. The consultant will be responsible to prepare a Background Report in support of a new Official Plan, the preparation of an Official Plan, the completion of the Spragues Road District CHL, and the complementary requirements for a robust and comprehensive public and agency consultation & engagement program.
