The Township is seeking competitive proposals from qualified Firms. The intent is to select, at the Township’s discretion, one company that has the experience, qualifications and skill sets as outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) to assist the Township by undertaking a review to ensure compliance of the Municipality with respect to the Pay Equity Act; establish the appropriate classification for new positions added, review and update the existing pay grade system for various positions to ensure its continuous relevance; and, to undertake a compensation review with comparator Municipalities to ensure a competitive salary structure.
This Study applies to all Non-Union Employees within the Township, including Full-time, Part-Time / Seasonal, and, Students. Union staff will not form part of this review. |
